3-5 years of IBM MDM tool configuration/development experience
Bachelors in Computer Science, Business Information, Engineering or related fields
Experience with ETL, loads, services, data mapping, XML, data model, notifications, composite transactions, behavior extensions, & de-duplication
Experience in designing web services out of IBM MDM tools
Experience is analyzing data/transaction requirements & map data elements to applicable industry standard business XML message structures and/or MDMS product XML message structures
Experience in building MDMS components using Workbench 9.0
Experience with performance tuning and testing
Excellent communication skills
Highly Desired:
Experience with developing test strategy, test plan, test cases, preparation for testing from unit testing to UAT
Experience with a Distributed Scheduling Tool
Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment
