This person will be working with the SAP CRM interface to customize the front end screens. This position is responsible for all aspects of design, development, testing and support of web applications built with Adobe Flex. Will participate in major user interface development initiatives. Successful candidates will show good problem solving skills, have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment.
Position Responsibilities
1.Responsible for solution design and development using Adobe Flex, AIR, LCDS
2.Execute and support unit/integration testing. Assist with the design of test cases and with the resolution of defects found during testing.
3.Attend architecture, design and code reviews.
4.Determine technical solutions to meet business requirements, analyze the programs that need to be written or revised, and estimate the time and resources needed to complete the project/assignment.
5.Determine appropriate technologies to solve business and system problems.
6.Follow processes/operational policies associated with our client's program methodology and solution development standards.
7.Act as a technical resource for the team and assist in setting the standards and guidelines for existing and new technologies. Keep up with new/emerging technologies and assist development staff in implementing them.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 8 years of development experience
* Minimum 3 years of Flex development experience
* Solid understanding of Adobe LiveCycle Data Services (LCDS)
* Experience building applications with AIR
* Experience developing systems with large transaction volumes
* Team lead experience a plus
* A bachelors degree in computer science or related area is preferred
