He will bring that broad-based expertise to Encore. Bruce led Stopka and Associates to rank as one of the top 500 Fastest Growing Privately held Companies in the US and qualified for the INC. 500 Company designation. Also, he was a partner and VP of Sales for International Business Systems (IBS), and helped promote that company to twice qualify for the INC. 500 Company list.
